Session

Every Seller Is a Value Engineer

Most companies treat value selling as a specialist function, a small team hired to build the business case for the biggest deals. Al argues that's a bottleneck, not a capability, and shares how pushing value selling to every rep carrying a quota has roughly doubled win rates on the accounts where it's applied.

He brings over 30 years of experience in sales and alliance leadership across companies like Zscaler, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Jive Software, and and now Talkdesk.

Session

The Value Realization Harness

Before adding AI, organizations need a foundation strong enough to trust it. Mari makes the case that the value realization harness, the ontology, telemetry, and confidence scoring that make value measurable, starts with getting the environment ready, and that benchmarking against industry peers is what turns that judgment into evidence rather than opinion.

She has 20+ years of experience leading enterprise customer success strategy and operations at companies like Confluent, Adobe, and now Infor. She also served on TSIA's Customer Success Advisory Board.

Jay Allardyce

Chief Product Officer, Octave

Session

The Product Is the Value Engineer

Value engineering has traditionally lived beside the product, reconstructing proof after the fact. Jay argues for building it into the product itself, so outcomes are instrumented from day one and the evidence generates itself as a byproduct of use.

Full bioHide bio

He is a transformational operating and product leader who brings impact value to customers, with a deep interest in how AI is reshaping the way products deliver on their promises. Jay has held leadership roles across organizations including HP, Google Cloud's Data & AI division, Uptake, and General Electric, and currently co-founds and serves as a director of GenAI.Works, an AI platform company.

Mind the Promise Gap: How HP Unifies Go-To-Market Language and AI

Sales describes outcomes one way to win the deal. Services and Success describe them another way to justify the renewal. The customer hears both and trusts neither, and the Promise Gap opens in the translation. Jeremy's position is that closing it means delivering trusted outcomes, which requires a shared language that carries unchanged from the value promised in pre-sales through the value realized after the sale, and a Value Management Office to govern that process over time.

Full bioHide bio

He'll share how HP is building this foundation, what it took to get the organization onto one language, and what changes when AI puts that language into a seller's hands. He brings over two decades of sales and go-to-market leadership across Cisco and HP, most recently steering a multibillion-dollar global services and solutions business, clearing the obstacles that stand between customers and real value from their IT investments.

Full bioHide bio

Justin brings decades of revenue leadership across networking, security, and enterprise software, with a track record of building and scaling go-to-market organizations through major transitions. At Cisco, he has moved through a series of expanding revenue roles, from enterprise networking and software sales into leading Cisco ThousandEyes as CRO, and now into his current role steering Splunk Global Sales as the company's data platform and network intelligence come together for the AI era. Before Cisco, he led revenue as CRO at Pulse Secure and spent six years driving ScaleArc from growth through its acquisition, with earlier sales leadership stops at Juniper Networks and Citrix. That breadth gives him a firsthand view of how go-to-market strategy has to evolve as products, platforms, and customer expectations shift, especially as security, observability, and AI increasingly intersect.

Session

The Palantir Principle: If You Promise the Value, Help Deliver It

For decades, providers have promised value and left customers to produce the outcome alone. Siddhant shares what changes when the vendor shares responsibility for the outcome itself, not just adoption, through Palantir's forward-deployed engineer model.

Full bioHide bio

Over the past eight years, he has led applied AI initiatives globally, shaping operational solutions across financial services, healthcare, retail, aviation, and pharmaceuticals throughout Palantir's US Commercial and UK and International Gov business. He leads Palantir's GxP platform for clinical applications and spearheads the AI product demonstrations that define the direction of Palantir's AI Platform. His deployments include leading critical resource allocation workflows for the UK National Health Service during the COVID-19 pandemic, and earlier in his career he engineered software for regulated aerospace and industrial environments.
