Role Description

As a Value Consultant, you will:

  • Ownership: Lead multiple client accounts, working with strategic marketing and sales professionals of Fortune 500 companies
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products/services.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling by understanding client needs and recommending additional features or services that enhance their value.
  • Renewal and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to drive customer retention and manage the renewal process, ensuring high renewal rates and client loyalty.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key metrics, such as adoption, usage data, and renewal rates, to track client success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Enablement: Facilitate the enablement process for new clients, including workshops, and system implementation, to ensure a smooth start and effective use of our solutions.
  • Deal Support: Work with customers to create and deliver compelling value justifications that clearly communicate the value propositions 

Requirements

  • A rare and unique blend of (1) analytical skills, (2) ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, and (3) passion for creating and implementing strategies that grow the client account
  • Enjoys working in a transparent and high-achieving environment
  • Experience working with/presenting to executive-level stakeholders
  • Excited by the opportunity to own and develop a significant client account
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excel/data experience
